Great spot for family stays

So we stayed here during a hurricane evacuation and the staff were very nice. I mean, they really handled the chaos of all the evacuees like pros, made me almost feel normal even with all the dogs barking.

It wasn't cheap but you know what, for the stay it was still acceptable.

Our stay was fantastic! We took the shuttle to Walt Disney World, which made visiting the parks a breeze. The hotel is spacious, perfect for a family with little kids, and my kids loved the arcade and the beautiful pool area. Plus, breakfast was a hit with the Mickey waffles!

My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

I loved the spacious Queen Suite, which made moving around easy. The kitchenette was a delightful surprise, allowing me to make light meals, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel contributed to a pleasant stay.

More varied breakfast options would be appreciated.

We visited Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom, both super easy to get to. The pool was amazing and perfect for winding down. Staff was friendly and we loved the clean, spacious rooms. Pro-tip, the pool bar has great bites.

Only downside was that there wasn't a full-length mirror in the room. A bit annoying but manageable.

Recommend for a city break

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a kitchenette that includes a large refrigerator and stove top, making it perfect for families looking to prepare meals while staying close to numerous eateries and attractions.

Nice pool area with bar. Had to walk to the gym for drinking water.

Great location for Disney. breakfast was okay but slow service at restaurant.

Family perfect getaway

We had a great time utilizing the full kitchen in our room, really convenient to keep snacks and drinks for the kids. The breakfast area was surprisingly spacious, even during peak hours, so we found a large table for the family without a hassle.

It wasn't exactly cheap but definitely acceptable for what we got.

i loved my stay at towneplace suites! the queen suite was spacious, featuring two queen beds and a sofa bed, perfect for my group. the kitchenette was a great bonus, and we enjoyed the free breakfast with a good variety. the coffee was royal cup, my favorite! the friendly bartender even made our night better.

Excellent place with a well-equipped kitchenette, free wi-fi, and a relaxing outdoor pool. The staff once helped my elderly parents, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Easter!

ideal for exploring disney attractions and nature trails

I stayed here for 6 nights and loved how close it is to Disney's Animal Kingdom and Raccoon Lake, making it easy to stroll through the park and experience the natural beauty around while also enjoying Mickey waffles for breakfast, which were a delightful treat after my morning walks. The room was comfortable and had a nice kitchenette, although housekeeping could be more frequent to help with towels and trash management.

The stay at Towneplace Suites was quite satisfactory, featuring a clean and well-maintained environment. The staff was friendly and promptly addressed our needs. I found the spacious suite very accommodating for my work-related activities, and the laundry facilities were a great bonus.

I had an amazing time enjoying the spacious Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and a Sofa Bed. The sparkling pool was a hit, especially with my little one making a splash! Breakfast was a good spread, and those Mickey-shaped waffles were the icing on the cake!
